Chatterbox media personality and Vlogger Toke Makinwa has allayed fears over the recent N100 million lawsuit filed against her by her ex-husband Maje Ayida over the publication of her book entitled “On Becoming…”
In her latest Vlog titled ‘Daddy Issues’ which she shot during her recent book tour in London, Toke allayed the fears of her fans on the pending court case saying her attorneys are on the case.
“As you guys might have heard, there’s a lot going on in the news and the little that I have, let’s just hope I have it after a while. For all the people that reached out to me, my lawyers are on it, I don’t think you have anything to worry about, that’s all I’ll say.” She said.

Fitness instructor, Maje slammed his ex-wife with the lawsuit for the publication of her book which he claims is largely fabricated and a dent to his image and by extension his business brand.
Reports say the lawsuit was filed before the Lagos High Court on February 2 by Maje’s lawyer, Kemi Pinheiro (SAN) of Pinheiro jLP while Kachifo Limited, was also named in the suit.
Maje employed the services of a British law firm to sue Toke over the published book which revealed the alleged details of their failed marriage.
